Calling your GP
Your GP will attempt to take your call, but they may be busy with patients. Please inform us if it’s urgent.
Test Results
Test results will be discussed during a consultation with your GP. They may only be provided over the phone in rare cases, at the GP’s discretion.
Specialist Referrals
These must be conducted during a consultation with your GP. Repeat referrals are provided at the GP’s discretion.
Medical Certificates
Electronic Communication
Our practice values your privacy. We may email you via our secure system or practice software and send SMS messages if you’ve opted in. To protect your personal information, we cannot accept email communication from patients.
Recalls & Reminders
We may contact you about your results or follow-up appointments via SMS, phone, or letters. When we reach out through SMS or letters, we use our practice software systems. If you receive a message stating “clinically significant,” please don’t be alarmed; it indicates that your doctor believes it’s important for you to return promptly.
To ensure we can contact you about your results or appointments, please inform our reception team that you’d like to opt-in for SMS communications, and let us know if your contact information changes.
